Jantar Mantar, Jaipur- World Heritage Site
Jaipur is one of the largest cities of Rajasthan and is the capital of the state. It lies on the northern side of India in Jaipur district. It has become a remarkable tourist destination as pre-modern India.
There are several tourist attractions like the Hawa Mahal, the Nahargarh Fort, the Jantar Mantar and the Jal Mahal etc. The place is also listed amongst the Golden triangle tourist circuits along with places like Agra and Delhi. Even the Jaipur landscape is dotted by several religious places. Some well known temples here are the Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, the Govind Dev Ji, the Shila Devi Temple etc.
The flora of the place are worth seeing at gardens like, the Nehru Garden, the Sisodia Rani Garden etc.
It is well connected with all means of transport. The Jaipur International Airport, is at a distance of nearly 10 Kms from the center in the Sanganer town. For better travelling, services of private taxis, mini buses, low floor buses are also available.
